    Is tarah se Intermittent fasting k bare me kisi ne nahi btaya jaise apne btaya.. har koi fancy high protein diets he bta raha hai views k liye.. Ye video normal household logo k liye ekdum perfect video hai.. Na koi fancy diet, na koi unnecessary high protein ka overuse btaya.. Bilkul jaise ek normal vyakti ko diet leni chahiye vaisa btaya apne..

    Thank you so very much sir ,u r absolutely right IAM a house wife with two kids and my husband is my another kid so I don't have time to do anything and I have migraine headache , arthritis , spondilosis and slipdisc so as you said I can't do a different diet ,I will cook food according to all so in that I will have a salad extra for me thanks a lot ,I thought IAM doing wrong ,now I can follow the regular Ghar Ka Khana thank you
