Jamaican Grater Cake

In this video I make Jamaican grater cake.
The name grater cake comes from the process of grating the coconut which is the main ingredient.
Now you're supposed to grate off the brown part of the coconut but I got lazy and left it on. Also, you're supposed to "grate" the coconut and again, I got lazy so I threw it all in a food processor.
