There would be major changes i would make if i was buying i would so have to insist on the best possible insulation and lots of it,four super size king bedrooms,a bathroom with standing bath, electric power shower and boost pump with mood lighting,
no gas cooker only a ceramic hob cooker, an american fridge freezer, washing machine,tumble dryer, microwave, electric fan oven,, no gas central heating - a large multi fuel stove with back burner heating rads and water,no mirrors on the exterior of the wardrobes,all mirrors would need to be secured and non shatter.
a snug room would be a must,a separate sitting/lounge room with door separating from the kitchen,there would have to be a utility room and as stated earlier a minimum of four super king size bedrooms with wardrobes and drawers and underbed storage.
