Chicken stir fry with broccoli and vegetables. Perfect to accompany with a rice or with noodles!
Recipe and cooking ingredients:
1 broccoli
We cut into small pieces
Steamed for 5 minutes
2 chicken breasts
We cut into cubes
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
We mix everything very well
We put a trickle of oil in a frying pan
We sauté until it is golden brown
While the chicken is cooking we cut the vegetables
1/2 yellow, red and green bell pepper
1 carrot
1/2 onion
The chicken is ready, we reserve them to use later
In the same pan we are going to sauté the vegetables
with a small trickle of oil
We add the broccoli
Add 2 tbsp of light soy sauce
We put the chicken that we reserved previously
1 tbsp cornstarch with half a cup of water
We mix very well and add to our sautéed chicken
We move a little more until the sauce thickens
