6.49 I wish you'd have acknowledged that it is a flaw that you cannot see how long customer is on hold.
Good callout. Many would have missed that just not thinking about it. Personal opinion is that is more of a "must have" function. But many use cases it may not be a necessity.
Why no calls coming using this?

Hello Tom ..If I may give you a bit of constructive recognition. This is just from my observation and in case you didn't realize....
Tom....You say "umm" A LOT!! Please allow me to give you an example and put it into perspective for you.
In the first 6 minutes of your presentation/training you say "UMMM" roughly 30x's.
At 225 into your training you LITERALLY say "UMMM" 5x's in roughly 20 seconds.
I just wanted you to know so then you can choose to be aware....
