    Thanks for this video! it is really helpful! BTW I have a question, how do I "mark as read" the chat conversation when sending a message via our interaction widget? It seems that it isn't marking it as "read" after sending a message via API in interaction widget unlike when you send the message through the Genesys textbox itself it marks it as read for new customer messages.
