It is actually Italian meaning Goodbye Beautiful It was a song written a very long time ago protesting working conditions and then used by the Italian people when forced to side with Nazis when Musssolini was in office .... Although Hopsin is referencing the Italian movie Bella Ciao which was a movie about a bank heist !!!

"Bella Ciao" is an Italian Second World War song. It is the folk song of the Partisan resistence movement, which represented the opposition to the fascist regime of Mussolini. Also Bella Ciao is translated in Goodbye/Hello Beautiful but the deeper meaning of this is that is a farewell to the Italian Country because the song is about the story of a partisan who fought for his country and he is ready to die for his beliefs. About that the last lines of Hopsin song are " If I don't make it to see tomorrow Bella Ciao [...] put some respect on my name" which is actually really close to the translation of the original song, that would be "And if I die a Partisan Bella Ciao [...] you will have to bury me"
