Some question related to customer experience. My availability If I have to train my associates for night shift That's all

No , walmart canada will not hire if you don't have SIN number. So international hiring not possible. The website won't stop you applying from international country but your application at some point will be rejected.

I didn't get any psychometric tests.. The website asked me to schedule an interview directly.

I think you need to look for getting work permit and then you can apply for jobs
hr questions preparation helped you ?
They most focused on situational questions
But you should be prepared for HR as well
Can we dress casually or we have to go with a formal dressup
Formals highly recommended based on my experience
