The nubian ibex (Capra nubiana) is a desert-dwelling goat that gives birth to young atop tall windswept mesas. The mesa's steep cliff faces offer protection from predators. When the offspring are a few days old they must scale these cliff faces to reach food in the valleys below.

My palms were getting sweaty just by watching this baby goats make their way down, and silently praying that they don’t fall off. 🙏🏼 good for them. Such amazing creatures.

The writers of this narrator's script kept using words like "terrifying" as they would for humans, but when a creature is designed for a habitat or environment, when it is their home environment, it is theirs by function, they are comfortable in it. Mountain goats fear their habitat no more than bears fear theirs. They were specially outfitted, both in mind and body and feet, for their environment. Week old or not, they do not fear: they follow their mother, and where she goes, they know they go. That's all. They do not worry. They were made for their environment.
