Battery: SMC HCL-HP 22.2V-5000mAh-80C (6s)
- Upgraded Elevator servos to the Hitec HS-5065MG Ball Bearing Digital Metal Gear Sub-Micro Servo
- Reinforced the elevator control rod with cutting an aluminum spar using a pipe cutter (7/32 x .014) (5.56mm x 355mm)
- Reinforced the plastic support arm for the nose gear by gluing a brass wire
- Replaced spring in the nose gear with fuel tubing
- Reinforced main gears with carbon sheet (x2 Carbon Sheets .5mm each glued together with Shoe Goo) 15mm wide x 6 inches length (see RCGroups.com post: 1465 (www.rcgroups.com/forums/showp...)

Great job Frank, better than I would have done!
Hold power up a bit and the elevator at the same time. Think.....High Alpha Landing. Keep the nose up by holding elevator, and power up, so it doesn't stall. You don't need much of either. Also, might help to mix in a little bit up Up elevator with the flaps.
I see too many people struggling with the landing one of the Reasons why I didn't get it😊
Could it be that it was a bit fast to land.
Maybee there is hardly/no damper on the landing gear.
This is not a good jet
