      Think >> Clean House .. Now the clean out of players . Massive wage bill reduction. which will pay for all the developments in the Ground. < VERY MUCH NEEDED.
      Think >> Future .... Watch a brand new team built with the U23s and MAJOR Investment with players that are young and hungry for success . >> This will carry on when promoted back to the Championship with even more investment on players and more added U23s to the Squad.
      Short pain for MAJOR GAIN!! >> STAY STRONG !!

    as an Everton fan, I can't help and agree with you sacking John Eustace who was 6th for Rooney, a guy who is a great player sure, but an abysmal manager is always a recipe for disaster and Cook and Co would now live with the fact that they caused the most shot-in-the-foot relegation in football history

    Quite extraordinary that five of the bottom six sides win their games on the final day of the season, in fact 7 of the bottom 8 sides won. That's nuts! I was convinced that at least one of the teams above us would lose. Wrong time to pick at the season now. Just need to weep a little and take it all in. So back to the Third Division (old money). it won't be the summer of recruitment we wanted but where we are where we are so Keep Right On. Thanks for all your efforts this season James. Rooney was not in charge of the last 8 games. We were not in the bottom 3 when Rowett took over. It was in our own hands. His decision to play Burke against Rotherham and not select a team to dominate the worst team in the league by far who had only 4 wins was our undoing. Also the lacklustre Huddersfield game. These games were for the taking but Rowett bottled it. These 2 games cost us. If you cant beat the worsw 2 teams in the league and also fail to score against the worst team in the championship for years, then the is only 1 outcome. Ultimately it’s our fault for leaving it too little too late in the end. League one may be a blessing in disguise to encourage a whole revamp of everything about the club for a rebuild into something greater than what we have been doing flirting with bottom half championship in the last decade

    Their decision by the Board has certainly come back to bite them today…

If you offered me relegation with Knighthead in charge or another 10 years of BIHL in the Championship, I'd take relegation without hesitation. Everyone at the club needs to learn from the mistakes that have been made this season and they then need to put it right next year. From a Millwall supporter I am genuinely sorry Birmingham got relegated as we have had some good games over the years. It looks like Tony isn’t coming back as he going to sort his health problems out and I wish him well. I know that you say that the players were poor but they go out and play to the managers instructions and your directors picking Rowett was a big mistake you only have to look at our results after we sacked Rowett.Fingers crossed you get a decent manager and some decent players and get back in the Championship 👍

    Itw a chain reaction of sacking Eustace when there was no need. The owners made a massive gamble to hire Rooney for the profile. That was the turning point.

    I did not think you would beat Norwich but you did but everybody else in fear of relegation won as well...the thing is with such a high turnover of players about to happen at Birmingham,will the team be able to gel quickly enough to get promoted straight away or could it be years in division one for Birmingham?,...it would be a miracle if Birmingham get promoted straight back up,...we always hoped a Birmingham would escape the drop but its happened now,...Birmingham v Wrexham is the big game in that league now,..just pray that Barrow don't get promoted via the playoffs..😬

    We have to face the facts this team has not been good for some time end of story! Only the owners of the club can now get us back up again they must also take some of the blame of what happened earlier in the season they must have taken some advice which they thought was good and indeed it was not! but we are where we are because of poor performances! the division that they are going into take no prisoners and it will be a tough one to get out of and worst of all I may not be around to see it! I remember the last time we was in that division and the players were kicked all over the place! Its a tough place to be....KRO

      For the 15 minutes of banter with Blue nose friends and family then yes, but I never see it as a rivalry unless we are in the same division. We both managed to come from the brink and get better owners…it has taken us 5 years to improve year on year. Your new owners made mistakes this year with Rooney but you have to say the plans they have are exciting and if you get it right next year you might do an Ipswich and do 2 consecutive promotions. If you do well in League one you will increase attendances, win more games and get the feel good factor whilst rebuilding rather than scrapping in the Championship again.

    • @roystonmarshall5027
      @roystonmarshall5027 Před 14 dny

      @Haalandisinjured ...I cannot see owners going ahead with a 60,000 stadium unless they have championship football that pulls in 30/40,000 fans,to fall back on..remember their manger is gone now and there will be an exodus as wages are slashed and players move on,..with a new manager,new team and everbody who plays them, treating it like a cup final,it's going to so hard for them to get straight back up...🙄

    A worrying thought. If we continue like this season, but in Division 1, we might before too long be playing local derbies against Solihull Moors. I reckon their current squad would beat our current best team given the lack of desire, commitment, urgency that our shower of shite have been showing. Surely we can't continue like this.
