- Sure I've done plenty of full English breakfast challenges over the years, but have you ever seen a full Welsh breakfast? No? Well, they're pretty much the same thing, but it puts an interesting slant on the title of this episode...
£20 to order, but if you can sink ten sausages, ten rashers of bacon, six slices of toast, four slices of fried bread, eight eggs, eight hash browns, eight slices of black pudding, four slices of white pudding, tomatoes and a bowl of baked beans, the whole thing is your's FREE OF CHARGE...not to mention the spot on the so far unoccupied wall of fame. Time to go to work!

ANSWERS TO COMMON QUESTIONS & ADDITIONAL INFO:
Q: How come you don’t get fat?
A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight. If you're interested in learning more, see the ‘But How Come You're Not Fat' and 'It Was Just A Normal Day...' videos available on my channel.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.

Ahhh, the eternally ubiquitous breakfast challenge! At least this one has a bit of a twist; being in Wales rather than England…
I hope you enjoy it, thanks for all the amazing comments regarding the Texas series, and I promise it won’t be long until the next one…in fact I’m filming it right now…
I’d be over the moon to see you again on Thursday for what is easily the toughest challenge I’ve done all year (seriously it’s huge)…
If I’m a little bit slack getting back in the comments, I apologise, I’ve got to try and eat a daft amount of hot dogs tomorrow 🌭
Evening mate 👍
Not a welsh breakfast, put chips on them
The cooked tomatoes look way more appealing than the can one's dumped in a bowl.
Do a cheat day

The amount of food that man can eat in such a short time is amazing.
Props to The Beard.
yep professional eaters are so great just to see what they can do. And being a big guy who can eat a lot, seeing true professional eaters just blows your mind.
Yes but I had a mate could do this sort of thing he died young as a result of too many of these challenges. I have serious concerns for this guys health
The beard is quite large but not heavy or stiff. Why would it need props?
To be fair you need to do these things fairly quick or your bodies full reflex starts making it harder & harder for you to eat more.
@@craigkelly4278well he only does it like every 5 days, not to mention he doesn’t look fat or too overweight (obese).
Initially, I peered at the very full breakfast plate with the addition of a large bowl of baked beans, and I thought that this man has no chance. He devoured the lot whilst keeping the audience at the venue enthralled. No mean feat! Thank you for the upload.
That's easy for him he's done far bigger then that, pretty crazy
The last time you didn't eat sausage first was when a viewer who was in the place with you told you to eat the egg first because you asked them to choose... I watch you all the time!

That breakfast is a bargain for £20 and looks delicious. So got to try this, when i go to Wales 😂
Yeah I would totally order that knowing I couldn't finish it and take like 80% with me in a take-out box.
Cheap feed a family of 4 to share.
No kidding. I would gladly pay that and then eat it for 4 days.
Thats exactly what i thought, the fried bread looked awesome.
@@davidfirth6535 It all looked awesome, apart from the black and white pudding 😂
Welsh breakfast tradition is thick bacon , cockles and lavabread with eggs :)
That's easily a $60 meal in the US, but no coffee?? I keep watching because you're a gentleman while stuffing your face, thank you for the frequent positivity you bring on this channel!

You're a machine! That was truly an amazing performance, Mr. Beard. 20 pounds for all that food actually seems like a good deal to me. 😀
White pudding in Cornwall is called Hogs pudding and it's pork, rusk and seasoning boiled in beef intestines. I use to make it when I was a butcher. Lovely stuff!!!
I remember eating it in Ireland years ago
I have eaten regular breakfast portions more expensive, and this looks at least as good as what I have gotten.
Definitely a really good food place.
Black Pudding is predominantly oats & suet with some spices and some blood. White Pudding is just without the blood. I personally prefer black pudding.
Thats a hell of a deal for £20 that platter though! Bit of butter on the toast, and id be happy to share that on a Sunday breakfast 😅
Nope
@@davepayne1915 K
partially true, Hogs pudding has around 80% pork and rusk, Irish white pudding is Pork oats suet sometimes with Liver, Scottish is Mostly Oats and suet.
It looked really nicely cooked and nice to see fresh tomatoes not horrible tinned tomatoes. Also nice to see bacon that hasn’t been turned into peanut brittle texture wise. And as has been said it’s a bargain at £20.

@BeardMeatsFood
No hash browns in a full English/British breakfast. They are an American invention, popularised in the UK by McDonalds. You can include bubble and squeak or potatoe cakes.
@CStew-bt6ci Potatoe cakes used to be a common option in an English breakfast but we are going back 40/50 years, so you may not be old enough to remember. BTW: They are an Irish thing not Scottish. Loads of cultural 'stuff' that people think is 'Scottish' is actually Irish.
Nothing makes me smile more then coming home from a 12 hour shift to a Beardmeatsfood video. Always love your content and new achievements you make. Lots of love from Michigan ❤️

It’s always wholesome when the people in the bar are nice . Gives the video a homey vibe 😊
I find it funny how social media controls how we talk. "wholesome" is the new word you're told to use, and there you are using it. It's interesting
@@benlachenal771 If they'd said it was 'epic' I'd agree with you, but isn't 'wholesome' the very word you'd use for that description long before the existence of social media? Language has always had trends. You absorb the words you like and leave the ones you don't. I wouldn't call that being controlled.
@@thegrinderman1090 epic also existed way before social media. "Wholesome" is everywhere now. I'm not saying it's a newly invented word, I'm saying that social media controls the words we use. Wholesome is the latest one.
@@thegrinderman1090 just to add. Keep your eye out, you'll see "wholesome" everywhere now, that's why I commented. There's actually software that monitors word usage online, and believe me, "wholesome" randomly spiked late last year. That's why this guy is using it, because social media told him to.

One of the few challenges that I've seen Adam do that I genuinely think I could do.... just maybe not in the time limit

The closest thing to black pudding I've eaten is our german blood sausage, it's basically black pudding without the grain. It's not that good for frying because it lacks structure, but cooked with mash, sauerkraut (yes, it's really good in some stuff) and a rustic liversausage it's really a great meal^^

I think you guys call it blood pudding. It’s like blood and some cereal and fat and seasoning.
John, black pudding is a fat jumbo sausage. It is made from pigs blood, cereal and fat plus seasonings encased in the pigs intestine and boiled until set. It is then cooled and you can eat it as a whole fried or sliced into rounds and fried. Also good cold too. Hope that helps it is an acquired taste tho.👍🌞
