A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight. If you're interested in learning more, see the ‘But How Come You're Not Fat' and 'It Was Just A Normal Day...' videos available on my channel.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.

I was a server for many years and routinely had Diet Coke lovers order water rather than Coke Zero; likewise, vice versa. People like what they like. Big fan of the channel! Great stuff.

In the same way that certain foods typically those that are marketted as health foods taste intentionally bland or have a unique taste to make you feel healthier for eating it, it's a sub conscious mind trick really..

Most entertaining part is most of the time he breaks records without even trying. Having conversations on the side and cleaning the beard couple times while politely asking for small things with no sense of urgency at all. Very polite every time

In your American challenges the restaurants are always packed, yet the uk ones you are often the only one in them. Do you go when they first open or arrange to go before they open to the public? Or is the uk hospitality industry on its arse right now? You would think somewhere serving food that looks that good to at least have a few people tucking in to some nosh! That food did look incredible.
I'm from Preston and Smokin Vs is usually pretty busy in the evening, from their Facebook page I think he went around lunch time during the week so it's fairly quiet.
typically restaurant culture is more of a night time affair in britain...in my experience at least...i tend to shoot around 11am-12pm if i can...that way i avoid the majority of any kind of lunchtime rush...but the reality is, most people eat out on a night time, not a lunch time...during the week at least

Beard ate it in ~16 min, so you can take about ~10 min to let it cool and just hamfist it in after. 😤
This is another reason why I watch him, because he goes to places I don't know about; and being in Preston too, I never knew this place existed! Will defo have to go now :P

When he does a food challenge he doesn't eat for the rest of the day after. He does work out and mainly eats meat and vegetables the rest of the time no starchy foods
He has videos on it, they're a few years old. Alot of fasting and restricted calories on off days.
