Those are landfill grade caps, they are supposed to install like that.
You've inserted C3 & C7 in the wrong way.

Electrolytic caps, the negative (-) terminal is marked. As you can see, the board is clearly marked but the assembler is Not paying attention.
LMAO, yes, always use fancy ceramic tweezers to install your electrolytic caps backwards.
