Thank you so much for this vid. I installed a new AC unit about 2 months ago, but it would not blow cold or hot air. After going through youtube videos after videos and purchasing a vacuum machine along with all the bits and pieces such as cables and refrigerant (Believe me, "R32" is hard to come by in Europe!) I still could not get the Unit working. The extras I purchased didn't come cheap either and added at least another 200 euros onto the overall cost. However, after getting ready to give up with a total sad on... I came across this video and followed it step by step. (I luckily had a full bottle of R32) Best video by far. Again, thank you.

My name is Dian Pelangi from Jakarta in Indonesia, I am a fashion designer and I want to use this media to tell everyone to be careful about getting loans on the internet, so many lenders here are fraudsters and they are here. tricking you with your hard-earned money, I applied for a loan for around Rp900,000,000 women in Malaysia and I lost around 29 million without taking a loan, I paid almost 29 million still I didn't get a loan and my business was about crashing because of debt.
When I searched for a reliable private loan company, I saw another online advertisement and the name of the company was THE WORLD LOAN COMPANY. I lost 15 million with them and to this day, I have never received the loan I proposed.
Dear God, my friends who applied for loans also received the loans, introducing me to a trustworthy company where Mrs. Christabel worked as a branch manager, and I applied for a loan of Rp900,000,000 and they asked for my credentials, and after that they finished verifying my details, the loan was approved for me and I thought it was just a joke, and maybe this was one of the cheats that made I lost money, but I was stunned. When I get my loan in less than 6 hours with a low interest rate of 2% without collateral
I am very happy that God used my friend who contacted them and introduced me to them and because I survived making my business soar high in the air and liquidated and now my business is flying high in Indonesia and no one will say it. know about fashion companies.
So I suggest all people who live in Indonesia and other countries who need loans for one purpose or another to contact
      christabel mother via email: christabelloancompany@gmail.com
You can also contact me at my email: (lianmeylady@gmail.com) and Sety introduces and talks about christabel, she also gets a new loan from christabel, you can also contact her via her email: permatabudiwati@gmail.com Now, all who will I do is try to fulfill loan payments that I send directly to their account every month.
A word for wise men is enough

I want to make my own pressure and vacuum motor as what you did using the refrigerator motor. 1) is there any specific capacity for that motor to use to pressurize and vacuum my 2 tons split AC? 2) I saw the motor has "T" handle on the top. Did you weld it as it is or you separated the tank first since I also noticed that there is welding around the middle of the tank motor. Thanks buddy.

Hi, I really like your video. I do have some doubts, if you able to help me with the same it will more helpful for me. 1) Is it necessary to put the gas cylinder upside-down while charging the gas? 2) I do have 1.5 ton LG window ac and the amp reading is like started with10-12 and goes upto 20-22. To cross-check I have changed the capacitor but it still the same. The amp mentioned in my ac is 8.5. I just wanted to know that is it okay or there is any kind of fault? 3) The ac is not dripping water. I mean the pressure is 64. It creates the cooling effect but not upto the point. It make water a bit in the condenser coil but not dripping. At the same place there is another ac which is dripping water like hell...
I am waiting for your reply and thanks in advance.

why didn't you vacuum the middle (yellow) pipe also? if you did, you didn't have to purge it with gas. Vacuming does a better job and its also not eco unfriendly.
At the end, why didn't you first close the valve with the allen wrench before unscrewing the blue pipe, so no gas would go out..

+Arnel Angeles When the valves wire is removed on the capasitor in this case, the cycle of the Freon (R22) is reversed, and the hot air becomes cold. The result is that the tube that is connected with the gage is converted from push to pull and thus you can withdraw the freon (R22) from the bottle .welcome

Excellent video and description. I have a 1998 Mitsubishi split system 2.5 kw,, it is now 22 years old and still working,,, I have shifted the unit a few times, and lost some R22. My 5 kg bottle is empty and I cannot purchase more R22 because I am not licensed. All cooking gas in Aus is pure propane, so what I have done: purged the lives with propane, tightened the connection and the job done in 5 minutes. The amount op propane which escapes is less than opening for the gas cooking stove before igniting also same for my gas hot water system. I am about to install an new 2.5 kw split system with the new gas R32 which is compatible with R290 which I believe is pure propane (though I am not 100 % sure about that), but it is propane nonetheless, and I will use same procedure. I have pump and gauges,,, but why bother, purge the lines with propane.

R32 is most definitely NOT compatible with propane.
      R290 is propane
      R32 is difluoromethane
Not even close to similar, or compatible
