Hey, lovely to see my videos getting more and more popular now haha :)
I agree that the Triangle should have stayed as it is, but at the same time, I'd have given it a number (maybe the 7), to allow easier identification for it.
Also, I find it quite stupid that there is no more direct bus between Herne Bay and Whitstable. Yes, the train exists, absolutely, but it's quite a long walk away from both town centres and the bus provides this great convenient connection serving areas of both Herne Bay and Whitstable that are a long walk away from the train station. At the very least, IMO, extend the 401 to Herne Bay and the 601 to Whitstable.

It seems that Stagecoach has been doing away with route branding ever since their corporate reshaping in 2020. Here in Stagecoach South territory we had a number of bus routes that had been given names rather than numbers, such as the Kite (Aldershot-Guildford), YoYo (Farnborough-Prospect Estate) and Link (Basingstoke-Newbury), after a larger exercise in branding bus routes after children's toys in the 2000s. Those that have stayed have been slowly faded away over the past few years now they've been diluted into the new livery, with the names recently reverting to numbers (20, 6 and 32 respectively) which isn't as memorable.
On your point regarding bus-train integration, I'd argue there is an element of ticketing being available for both modes, this coming in the form of Plusbus - a day ticket for bus travel at the area of the destination station. However, this can only be bought from an origin station, so it can't be bought on a bus. There is also little publicity about its existence, so it's hardly surprising when bus drivers are confused with me showing the Plusbus to them. There are also certain locations where every effort is gone into promoting dual-mode transport, be it displaying bus timetable leaflets in the station concourse or showing train times on the next-stop digital displays throughout an area, but it's hit or miss.
Above all, an excellent video. (Apologies for the very long comment!)

4:54 this reminds me of Oxford Bus Company - They have Electroliners with coach seats and tables and all that funky stuff
    Just imagine that...

Haha I used to live in Oxford for uni (about to graduate now - happy days!). They're not that exciting unfortunately, just standard high backed Lazzerini Practico seats which you can also find on many Stagecoach buses too

Whilst your suggestions are all laudable they do have one thing in common, cost. Cost eats into profits.
Electric buses are lovely but they are way more expensive than a diesel powered one, they also have limited range which would have to be incorporated into the timetable (journeys may have to be shortened to get the vehicles onto charge points).
Inter company availability of tickets is a nightmare to organise, I've just finished (as part of a team) almost a year of negotiations with another bus operator so we can accept each others tickets.
Have you sent this video directly to Stagecoach? I would and also Kent County Council (do they help financially with the service?).
    Good luck.

While the improvements would be costly, it's worth it as a good service would actually encourage people to use it. I am a big subscriber to the "build it well and they will come" mentality.
The ticketing system would be implemented at a national level so it's not limited to the triangle but I just felt I had to mention it
Sadly sending it to KCC or CCC would have little to no impact on bus services due to restrictions in bus deregulation rules.

Both KCC and CCC are able to offer financial support to operators to provide socially necessary but loss making journeys on otherwise commercial journeys.
I don't think a nationwide, all mode ticketing scheme, whilst a laudable idea, would ever be possible without nationalisation of the entire transport network and even then there would be major issues with "divvying up" the takings.

Funnily enough I did have a section on regulation and nationalisation in this video but I cut it out. It is 100% possible to do and would probably enable many of these policies to be put into place more easily

I think it is a waste of time and money having two routes operate what used to be one full route. Decreasing the frequency also makes the buses a lot more busier (even if they weren't already). The chances of connecting with each bus, depending which direction you go, is also just annoying. It wastes everyone's time.

You know nothing about buses in the real world stagecoach obviously disagree with you otherwise they wouldn't be doing it. Presumably people aren't using at 15 minute intervals . The triangle branding looks crap and the buses recommended stagecoach don't ow. How about a compromise T 1-5 route thing still triangle shaped possibly with apart of the triangle network thing on them and using stagecoach gold buses. Would people use an express at the end of the day it's money company councils and public mix it together and you get a service and nobody ever thinks it perfect and integration with other transport doesn't work as buses and trains are in many places seperate as well
