This is the Lock Picking Lawyer, and what I have for you today is a comically large hammer. I will be testing these antique safes against a fairly common smashing vulnerability. Without any further ado, let’s get right into it. We have a dent out of one, two’s not budging, a crack out of three, and we broke it open with four.

Moral of the story: if you're keeping things in a safe to keep them safe, make sure the safe's bolted down, or cemented to the wall, or something!

Any concern that the mega old makutz safe may have had asbestos in the lining? IDK exactly how asbestos dust looks but the massive cloud of brown dust that came out made me think of it.
i have to say the 44 club took the dub on this challenge between them and demo ranch, matt may have shattered the cube but he still had huge chunks, these guys just obliderated it with one solid hit

I'm not surprised that the lock did not get flattened. That looks like the exact same model lock that I seen on several gun channels that I am subscribed to who tested even 50 caliber BMG rifles on it and nobody could get through these locks even with API ammunition.
Rexy was chilling in the last safe, he was completely fine. The hammer barely got in. Another awesome vid!

Rail sleepers used to be made from Wandoo, seriously hard hard wood. Bunnings sleepers are most likely pine. Actual sleepers are concrete now.

It's crazy how some things can still be intact after a big bang.
A fact about the customer safe, they used them in the UK, but they would have a chute-down to the basement. Someone trained a small monkey to go down on a rope to fill a bag with the money.
