GUIZHOU - The Most Primitive Dong Village In China - 8 Days Road Trip Ep. 3

Video Description:
On day 7 of my 8 days Guizhou road trip, we had arrived at Tang'An Dong Zhai. This is a small Dong ethnic village located deep in the mountains, completely surrounded on three sides. It is roughly 7 kilometers from the more famous but commercialized village of ZhaoXing Dong Zhai. For this reason, I preferred to stay in Tang'An as it is more quiet and can give me a better locals experience.
This village is home to an estimated 170 families. During my stay here, I spent hours walking through the rice fields, watching the sunset, and meeting with the locals. While on my walk through the town, there was a family not far from my homestay that had a small puppy. I could see that he was excited to meet me, so I asked if i can take him out for a walk and to play! they happily obliged and this made me very happy as I always love to spend time with animals when there is a chance. Unfortunately I did not bring my camera out during that time but nonetheless this added to my experience here and I do wish to one day visit again.
