  • Hello Everyone!
Hope you are all doing well! Welcome back to my channel or welcome if you are new! Im Roshi, a mommy to a 1 year old sweet little boy and wife to the most wonderful man. I make lifestyle, cleaning, cooking and mommy vlogs here on youtube. I am so truly grateful that you are watching this video and visiting my channel. If you like content like this I would love it if you like and subscribe! I also love interacting with all of you so please feel free to comment and let me know your thoughts and what you are up to! Lets be friends!
I recently had gallbladder surgery and wanted to share what I eat. Certain foods make my stomach a bit upset such as coffee, spicy food, foods high in fat and oily foods. I am trying to incorporate intuitive eating, intermittent fasting and eating more wholesome foods when it comes to my personal diet. There is still so much information I am learning but I hope to share whatever I learn with you.

@@ananm.l9544 hi! I also eat everything in moderation but because I have no gallbladder certain foods make me use the restroom. When I had gallbladder attacks it felt like intense cramping burning in my upper abdomen area. Definitely go to your doctor and ask them if it’s your gallbladder, sometimes they rule it as acid reflux and forget to check the gallbladder so if you mention it they can take a look 💕

But it's been a week & I feel way better now, I did a whole liquid diet last week and this week I'm going to start eating some things that I would make for myself before the surgery but obviously I'm not going to take in lots of fatty things or greasy things because I want to be healthy for my own self. I would keep a pillow half on my stomach and half on my side and that would help when I slept and would get up from my side then up because doing a full crunch to get up was too painful. Hi, it’s been almost 2 years since my surgery. I have a video that lays out that I try different things to see how my body reacts. I also mention that I drank broth and crackers after my surgery until I felt comfortable incorporating “normal food” back into my diet. Also my surgeon told me I could eat anything without restrictions and to just see how my body reacts. Every single body is different I am just documenting my experience and have a disclaimer on my videos stating that I am not a medical professional and that this is just my experience.
