I am 4 months post-op and have been getting random side pains. Has anyone else experienced this?
I didn’t have pain post op, I was sore. Have you talked to your doctor?
I stay away from fried and greasy foods. Low fat diet is key to keeping your digestive system in check
M glad you uploaded this vedio . How are you now I know it's year after to ask ? But just wondering I also left my baby at home with my family to do this surgery and it was heart breaking
Hi! Its been 4 years for me and Im doing a lot better. I noticed a reaction after taking bile salts so I always warn people about those. I think focusing on gut health and trying to eat more whole foods helps. And yes it was so hard leaving my baby to get surgery but it was only a couple days and everyone was ok :)

Hey !..i am 18 yrs old and yesterday i came to know that i have multiple stones in my gallbladder and doctor suggested to remove it...But i am toooo scared of surgery(laparoscopy) i had never thought that i'll have to go through this..🥺
Aww I’m so sorry, have you tried to talk to a naturopathic doctor about possible alternatives? I was scared too but after removing it I mainly have to just eat healthier, I would talk to your doctor about any concerns you may have
@@roshianderson No i haven't consulted a naturopathic doctor but i consulted general physician as well as laparoscopy specialist..They told me it has to be removed a month after or a year after but it is best to be removed soon in order to prevent any further complications... i'm scared of surgery but i'm trying my best to be optimistic...Can u tell me how your surgery went and how are you going?
@hudabhatt3603 my surgery went well, I have a video on my experience. I had gallstones so I had to get an endoscopy first then surgery the next day. Both went fine. I was also scared since I never have had surgery before but with anesthesia i didn’t feel a thing

What digestive enzymes work for you?
I actually stopped taking them, I just take a multi vitamin now
@@roshianderson I had my gallbladder removed end of November last year, and I still can't tolerate processed foods or foods cooked with oil. Do you have any cooking tips
@2323ELPTX yeah it took me a while for my digestion to start tolerating foods. I cut out canola and all seed oils. Be careful with things like bile salts, I got psoriasis after I took them. I can’t give you any medical advice sorry but personally I just slowly started incorporating foods and kept track of how it made me feel

It took me a while about 1 1/2-2months mainly because I was scared to drink it, you have to be close to a restroom if you drink coffee after gallbladder surgery

I found out I had gallstones 4 days after I gave birth and my milk came in the night I was in the ER and almost got mastitis 😥but I didn’t get my gallbladder removed until my son was 6 months old in 2021. I was able to breastfeed right away. Thanks for the video! I am still learning what to eat and how to cook my foods. ❤
Hope you are feeling better! It’s such a process to learn what to eat and what works with your system. I started intermittent fasting and honestly I feel like my digestive system likes it! I’m still figuring things out too 💕

Now I watch this video.... now I'm in one week after my gallbladder removal surgery....I had 20 tiny gall stones...I had severe pain in so many times.... because of that dr suggest surgery.... these days I'm so tensed and worried about my health....but now I'm so relief and relaxed because of your sharing...
