WPEN was a consortium of LPTV UHF stations in the Peninsula region of Hampton Roads. It even appeared in the Richmond TV Guide daytime listings well into the 90s.

Is the fair use bot going to be a reoccurring character on the show? Also, I didn't know that you considered low power stations from 30-ish miles away DXing, I can get them on a "good day" from 35 miles away

Channel 14 in Green Bay, Wisconsin started out as WPXG 14 "Pax TV" from 1998-1999. It became WIWB 14 and took on the WB affiliation on June 2, 1999. By that time, Pax TV was still seen during overnights. In 2006, WIWB 14 became The CW and changed its callsign to WCWF 14 ("CWF" stands for CW Fourteen) and became a sister station to WLUK-TV "Fox 11."

The Children's Channel is the branding that MPT uses for their children's programming block from 1993 to 1999 where it was replaced by MPT Kidworks

WLWC-TV had been sold to Paramount just a couple of months earlier. Also, the PAX network logo seen at 7:04 was, actually, a prototype logo, as, I believe, by the time they launched, their on-air branding had changed to PAX-TV & the logo changed to the, more familiar, red, white & blue logo.

WLWC was bought by Paramount Stations Group July 31,1997 (along with WWHO Columbus) shortly after launching in April 1997 as Providence’s WB Affiliate, because of it they added UPN as a secondary affiliation. Both WLWC and WWHO became dual WB/UPN affiliates on the fall of 1997 they carried The WB Affiliation primary and UPN Secondary until April 2000 when they switch their primary affiliation with UPN and The WB affiliation was carried secondary after Paramount/Viacom and Acme made a deal in February 2000 when Paramount would carry WB programming on their UPN Affiliates in Columbus,Providence/New Bedford and West Palm Beach and in return Acme Communications would carry UPN programming on its WB Affiliates in Knoxville, St.Louis as well as Springfield.
