Our Rich Journey - We had a FANTASTIC 2023 and we wanted to share the highlights of our year with you! For a quick summary: In 2023, we traveled to Japan, Germany, New York City, France, London, and Hawaii. We had friends and family visit us in Portugal. We had lots of get togethers with our friends in Portugal. Sunoa and Melea are having fun with basketball and tennis. I'm hoping to retire next year at 58. My goal this year is to be more serious and consistent with my Investments. I've been investing since I was 25, 2024 is going to be more serious for me investing consistently for the long term. Starting to save for a house down payment. I want to invest more than $250k, but I don't know how to mitigate risk.
So happy for you both! I'm 38 and am having trouble finding a better, high-earning job. I've only been able to land the same pay under $30/hr in contract jobs. I obtained my 2nd Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity and several certifications and still get many rejections, even for internships. I may need to setup a session with you both as I feel like I want to retire already but likely could not afford to in the US.

I’m new to the channel and I am desperately seeking guidance on my journey to retirement and financial freedom.
Offering everyone the ability to take a look at your lifestyle is an extreme blessing.
People are distracted by "noise" as well as the norms and values of the masses. It's better to learn how to invest as well as what to invest in outside of the Stock Market. I'm suggesting that buying a house may not be the best thing. Listening to certain people may not be what's best. Time is incredibly valuable, pay attention to those that are making the most of it.
