FACTS if would have made a lot more sense if cena was kurt final opponent because because cena made debuted in on smackdown and his first match was against kurt angle so if would have been better if cena was kurt’s last opponent at wrestlemaina.
You wanna know the worst thing about this match? The aftermath. They didn't capitalized on Corbin as a legit heel after his WM win against Angle. Sure they had him face Seth Rollins for the UV Title a few times, but apart from that, they kept using Corbin mainly for laughing stock alike feuds (*coff coff his feud against Roman; at least their RR match was good) at the lower midcard position. But I'm not surprised, especially because BC stood up against a head doctor of WWE when this doctor denied the CT head trauma thing back in 2017; this was the time when Corbin was a MITB briefcase holder and was supposed to cash in SUCCESSFULLY on Jinder Mahal for the WWE Title, but then again, only because he stood up against something wrong, he got punished.

I actually loved Corbin vs Angle in a feud viewpoint. But the match was just NO! I did not cry that Angle retired. I cried because his retirement match was only 6 mins and just squeezed in!
Everyone bagging on Corbin needs to remember, Angle had serious physical limitations and Corbin is mentioned as one of the safest workers in the company. Cena would have been the bigger name, but I think they wanted a younger star who would protect Angle through the whole match.

to be fair Shawn Michaels was by far the best performer of the four despite the three others technically still being active wrestlers at the time...I didn't mind it at all to see my childhood hero going at it one more time and showing he still got it, the fact it turned out to be a botchfest was the actual dissapointment and HBK was the only one not to blame for it. If they had given him the same treatment as stone cold vs KO, for example against heel AJ Styles or Seth Rollins I'm sure they would've delivered a great match

The ref did not see though but molly holly combined the ref William got distracted and then he got dropped kicked by molly holly crash then took brass knuckles from his trunks and punched him. William fell to the ground. The announcer was saying the match will restart but while that was happening the ref started countering before the announcer was done and he did a fast count to help crash holly wins the European title. The match was not even a match and it is technically the shortest match being 1 second
