Hey man did this cleaning but still getting a p0842 so when i was pulling apart i did notice there was plug like on the e vavle on the c valve is there Supposed to have one?
That code is usually related to the wiring. First test continuity from the tcu to the trans plug and inspect the pins and terminals on both ends to make sure none are unseated or burned. Next, pull the pan and test the internal trans harness from the solenoid to the case connector pin. If all looks good the TCU could potentially be bad, at that point I'd swap tcu's with someone to see if your problem goes away and follows the tcu to the other truck.
@@HsPerformanceWi thank you for responding means a lot especially when I’m over her losing my mind with this code and it’s putting me in limp mode haven’t used the truck in like 3 months
Fyi most of those valve bodies and valves are made in china...company manufactures buy parts from. a other company..buy from whoever can get them to them the quickest and cheapest...
Props on the bump music.
Thank you
Thanks bud
