I had surgery last Tuesday by Doctor Donnally and I have absolutely no more leg pain, I walk normally now. It took two years before find this amazing surgeon on You Tube he did the job no one else could do. Thank you ever so much Doctor Donnally you gave me my mobility back. God Bless you.
Such a nice thing to say! Can’t confirm or deny! But would love that comment on as many vids as you want! Thanks!🙏
What type of surgery was done ?
Hey what was your surgery??
Dr. Donnally, thank you for the simple explanations of spine issues. I'll be uploading my images.
No insurance, it will be self-pay.
Surgery is very expensive, would recommend insurance
That's fantastic.
Thanks!
Im def doing this👍
Hey there, I do about 15 new patient telemedicines💻🌎 every week. Here is the best path forward:
1- email your insurance card to Spine@TSCspine.com (We don’t take HMOs or Medicaid, but can private pay unless Medicaid)
2- if we take that insurance THEN upload your images to my portal for our 1st visit.
3- I must have X-rays and MRI, X rays are critical. Just MRI isn’t enough. Need to be from last 12 months. Nothing older is needed, or wanted.
4- You need to get your CD 💿 of your X ray and MRI (imaging centers will never send them to us)
5- On the top of my website (www.DonnallySpine.com) is the link to UPLOAD images, from YOUR HOME! 🤯🥰
6- To recap: email us, get CDs, THEN upload!

If HMO you can reach out to a Patient Navigator at www.sonoSpineSurgery.com and they can try to help connect us! Or for HMOs email: Refer@sonospinesurgery.com
Dr. Donnally, I am male, 71, have osteo arthritis and am diagnosed with severe cervical stenosis, cervical myelopathy (no MJOA score) with ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament. This surgeon's plan is posterior laminectomy and fusion. I have seen and researched regarding the use of High frequency ultrasonic vibration surgery in lieu of the laminar fusion due to potential immobility issues and more arthritis at the joint above and below the C4 and C7. I have had a family member and a freind who have had bad experience with the laminar fusion surgery. I have also literally combed through close to 20 YT videos on this surgery with MOST of the commentary also cautioning same. I desperately want your opinion on this and possibly even your surgical services.
Can you please advise. All your videos are thorough, probative and sober discussion of deeply complicated subject material. Thank you for ALL this valuable information. BTW, have MRI, X-Ray and prognosis reports all done within the last month and for some reason all the NYC spine surgeons seem to only offer laminar fusion. Also, after viewing your website, you take my insurance. Not that some private pay would be out of the question.
They r correct, just fix it
can you look at imaging from someone in Canada for possible non surgical treatment options? thnx
I am not able to
Dr. Donnally, I was hoping to do a Telemedicine call with you but was unable to get the official CD for the Xray. The CD burner at the clinic has been down for a bit and they have no time frame when it will be up (couldn't believe it). They did however take photos of my Xray on my phone, i just dont know if they are enough (hi res) for you. I do have the CD for the MRI, and the report from the radiologist. Should i still go through the process and you can see if what i provide is enough to go over it?
Must have x ray
Does MRI need contrast??
Not always, yes for tumor
I dont have insurance unfortunately,is anything still possible?

Your PCP needs to usually
Do you take Canadian patients?
Yes but they never get much out of it bc I usually need more test which they can’t have or a rec a surgery that they can’t have
To bad you don't take my insurance!

You seem incredibly nice and I serve medical PTSD. I have a hard time finding patient doctors who are willing to understand my anxiety and PTSD when I am with any medical personal
