You really need to get the story correct. Legal Aid appointed Ramos for accused 1&2. Mngo was called only for Trial within a Trial. Legal aid didnt appoint him for the main trial as such they are not in position to pay him. Family of accused 1 fired Ramos and appoint Mngo hence they should be the ones to pay him as a private lawyer.

I know of people who go to different provinces to do their licenses.... it happens. this doesn’t mean he was living there, he could have just gone there to apply for a learners since he lived in JHB before. The evidence we need are people from his family, people he lived with or worked for. this learners booking is not substantial evidence that he lived there. Come on.

I know of people who go to different provinces to do their licenses.... it happens. this doesn’t mean he was living there, he could have just gone there to apply for a learners since he lived in JHB before. The evidence we need are people from his family, people he lived with or worked for. this learners booking is not substantial evidence that he lived there. Come on.

Their DNA was not in the house, the descriptions were not of them, Accused 1 and 2 never had dreads and no gold teeth or tattoos, the gun had none of their DNA or prints, the bullet that Senzo was allegedly killed with had no blood or DNA on it so I don't see how any of the current evidence has anything to do with these guys, whether they remember where they were or not.
