  • In today's video I am replacing the OEM lights for LED Lights for better visibility on my GSX-S1000.
    This video should be applicable to other bikes, Honda, Ducati or Kawasaki etcetera since the process is similar.
    Here is the link of the LED lights I purchased from Amazon:

    That is a great improvement specially where you live where there are rural and isolated areas with limited or no illumination ! More light is good anywhere. Regular beams are yellowish in color and dim compared to the led that you just installed !🇵🇷

      @@ToModorNottoMod the thing that troubles me is that the headlight and lightbulb are loosing the seal and also the cooling of the heat dissipation of the bulb 💡 🤔

    • @ToModorNottoMod
      @ToModorNottoMod  Před 3 lety +1

      About the heat dissipation I will tell you later can comment yet but I wouldn't too concerned but I hear you. About the seal, everything went back the same way it was before the difference is that the plug is no longer in the housing besides the the rimubber and the locking ring fitme is the same as OEM.

    Hey man love the videos ! I just bought a 2018 gsxs 1000 2 months ago and it has a after market exhaust that kicks The O2 sensor its changed since its an aftermarket mid pipe. What can I do to not trip that sensor? And does that effect anything in a negative way ? Thanks

    • @ToModorNottoMod
      @ToModorNottoMod  Před 3 lety

      Thanks for the feedback.
      Two things can be happening, the first could be that the new mid pipe does not accomodate the exhaust servo and the servo was eliminated, that would case a CEL and secondly is the O2 sensor itself, is it still connected?
      Ideally you would like to reflash the ECU or install a Power Commander because if you don't have a catalytic the bike's fuel will be on leaner side and these bikes from factory were pretty lean already.
      Also you want to see what is the CEL or check engine code you have on ghe dashboard. I can send you a list so you know what codes do you have.

    hey bro, do you know anything about a tank mount, like RAM ball, for this bike?

    • @ToModorNottoMod
      @ToModorNottoMod  Před rokem

      Hey man, hope you are doing well. Of course,
      The link below has a RAM ball for gas tank for BMWs and Kawasaki.
      The funny thing is that one of the pictures is clearly on a Suzuki, don't know the model but it's a Suzuki. I might want to try it.....
      I think I can make it work.

    What is the verdict on the LED headlights you installed? I am looking to install LED headlights in my GXS 1000 F.

    • @ToModorNottoMod
      @ToModorNottoMod  Před 3 lety +1

      So far so good. I did get some blinking during launch control. I have not checked to see if there is any loose connection, but since I only need one and my box came with 2 I will swap it out.
      In your case you need 2 as long as you choose 2 LED compatible with H7 you should be fine. Let me know if I did nor answer your question.

      Oversized heat shrink fixes that. Cheap and easy to do and easily replaceable if you need it unplugged for some reason.
