Can you install any parts for the challenge or the car has to be completely stock?

If you have a car with parts from the tuning shop or GT Auto, the BOP will nullify their benefits/effects. It'll be as if you're driving a stock car.
The exception is if you have wide offset wheels. That still changes the car's handling, even if BOP is turned on.
