Who else loves breakfast burritos? 🙋🏻♂️ Chorizo, potato, egg, and cheese. All cooked on the griddle. Served up in a warm tortilla. Was worth grilling out in the cold!

When I was a kid and went camping with my white friends family they were making breakfast burritos .I must of made a weird face cause the mom was like you can warm you tortilla up if you like.😂
My favorite breakfast taco is crispy chorizo, potatoes, refried beans and bacon!! So good. Maybe some cheese but it definitely doesn't need it. Chorizo egg and cheese is always delicious too
Looks good! Personal preference when it comes to adding oil. But, warming up the tortillas is a must. I do mine over the flame. I like that bit of burnt tortilla. But a comal is fine.

You don’t need oil with chorizo. It’s already very greasy.
