I know way back when my mom had some of the old WalMart bags. She should still have them! My grandmother has a couple of the Smiley Face stickers the greeters would give my brother and me whenever we went too!

Love the collections. Especially enjoy the driving videos-- to see Pennsylvania. During lockdown/ covid i get out of the house by watching your driving videos. No accidents, no buying gas. Turn on the 72" smart tv (life size) & take a drive. Feel like i know Kayla & you from the hours spent listening to your voice. Like your laugh. God bless. Im 72 yr old widow in MI.

Really cool collection Wallie. When we were cleaning out my wifes grandparents house. We split things up between the family. The 1 thing my son found and wanted to keep is a box fan. On top of the fan it says Kmart on it. The fan is in really good shape and works just fine. Its also blue like the blue light special.

I love the collection of retail items. Especially K Mart. We have a really cool K Mart in Steger Illinois, which is a South suburb of Chicago. It's not closing yet. It's old, but well stocked and has a good amount of customers. It's the only one left anywhere near me. It's small but an awesome older store. Love it.

Holiday Hair is a chain of beauty salons in south central PA. About 20 years ago they were in some of the Walmart 's as well as in shopping centers and free standing. There aren't many now. The Walmart stores turned into Super Cuts. I checked Wikipedia and found both names are owned by Regis. Many years ago, Regis had salons also.

I'm really enjoying these videos like a museum tour of once great retail. Hermans World of Sporting Goods was an east coast chain mainly in NYC and NJ, probably put out of business by Dicks and Modells (Another NYC based sporting goods chain.)
    en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Herman%27s_World_of_Sporting_Goods
Of course Kaufmanns and other regional long time department stores were destroyed when Macy's bought all of them. Macy's overexpanded and now look at them!
Keep these history videos coming! We need to recall when there were many store options. I'm worried the country will become Target, Amazon and the evil Wal-Mart.
