What leather thickness do you recommend for the top and liner? Do you only line the main portion and not the strap buckle area so it doesn’t get too thick/stiff?

sucky vague answer- but play around with it. me giving you the answer does nothing- you trying different things and figuring it out/ your own formula is knowledge for life

ill do what i can. but for the most part once you have a good pattern, with the adjustment- you only need a large and a small. you shouldnt need a differnt size for every shoe. i have large/ standard/ small
