I guess you didn't heard of Ichang aka Queen of durian. Name given by her Malaysian followers. She and her husband even got invited by Consulate General of Malaysia in Hong Kong and presented them lots of Baba's spices. You have to check them out
Looking at yerim doing the teh tarik part , it reminds me to the time when malaysia always have F&N teh tarik competition back then ❤️ great old times 😍
Teh tarik is origin from India. So don't many people actually how to make a bubble more in Teh Tarik, actually you must find the strongest tea flavour and you put a little bit Himalaya salt that have smooth texture and then the sweetness come from Condensed milk. You must messed up until you feel fluffy 😅. From Malaysia man hahaha. Fighting 💪💪 Blimey
When you tarik, use a bigger cup to support. That would not spill the tea.

actually there is a sweet version of kuih cara. just replace the inti and vegetables with sugar, and replace turmeric juice with 'pandan' juice. so it becomes kuih cara - the green color version

honestly that teh tarik really similar color to normally found in malaysia. some ppl could make it too thick and too watery. but yerims teh tarik are in balance 😲😌

You can try to make kuih cara manis (green colour) . It is another type of kuih cara famous in Malaysia, simpler and sweeter version that you can pair with nasi lemak.

Actually in Malaysia when there's someone sneezing while others cooking, that's mean the food will turn out to be good and delicious. That's what I've been told before.
Teh tarik nak sedap kena guna yg dalam tin tu cap kuda terbang kemudian pair dgn susu tea pot. Buih mcm jilake pastu rasa lemak gila. Tea pot punya susu lg sedap dari f&n. Tp kat malaysia byk dah guna susu murah sbb nak cut cost mcm marigold atau gold coin. Tu yg buih kejap je hilang.
