Tips for you girls.
To get a perfect nasi lemak on the plate without having it spilled all over the banana leaf, you can try put the banana leaf on top of the compacted nasi lemak bowl first. Then put a flat plate over it before turning it over. Afterwhich you put the plate with the banana leaf and the upturned bowl in the rattan serving dish and pull the plate out from under the banana leaf. Lastly you take away the bowl and viola! You now have a perfectly round nasi lemak on the banana leaf.
Teh tarik.
Try get a bigger tin mug for the bottom receiving tea container. The bigger the better. This way, you can pull the tea higher without having to worry it spilling. When changing the tarik/pull the tea back into the smaller container, you just pull it a little to avoid spillage. This way ie. by pulling higher into the bigger container, you will get a much frothier/foamier tea tarik for your customers.

It is just my grandma recipe that she always does for char kway teow (its ok if u want to use it) :
Take a green chili pepper and then cut the edge in smaller pieces (about 1.5cm) and then put it inside the a small jar that contains soy sauce it is optional whether to put it on the char kway teow or not❤❤
The tough part of handling a restaurant is making sure the food taste and look is consistent. Good luck guys!
All 3 is like very wife material right now haha, it's a tough job but the fact that only you 3 doing all the works in the kitchen, that's an A for effort.

When you want to make a perfect circle of the rice, you have to pressed it evenly and quickly put the rice to the plate

Char Kuey Teow is a chinese dish in Malaysia, although I'm happy hearing that koreans like that dish, but it'll be great if they enjoy nasi lemak as much as the char kuey teow, anyways you guys have put in lots of effort in it
