In the first video I reground the motorcycle, then I welded the holes in the motorcycle and then corrected all the shortcomings on the body of the motorcycle

I like restoration videos and I know such videos demands a lot of extra work and dedication to make. BUT! I will point out this is not the best kind of restoration job I have seen.
1) The thin stumps of metal left in the corroded areas was not removed and the new metal was somehow clumsily tagged to thin sections, as opposed to cutting out the pitted section and tagging in a plate to fill the gap -> then marking the plate taking it out, cutting it to size and tagging then welding it in again as seen with other restorations.
It will be a stronger yet slimmer repair with less need for bondo/plastic padding.
2) The worst sin was that I saw sections with surface rust being primed and painted over, Unless you are painting thick metal with special ship paint this surface rust will continue and will come back a few years later. I have done similar rust repairs earlier and was always punished when my rust came back a year later.

i am a coatch builder from norway and i do restauations all the time. this is not a restauration it is a hac job.

Я понимаю людей, не хотят обидеть автора. Но если ты не имеешь понятия как производятся сварочные работы зачем показываешь нам? Да и без пескоструя там делать нечего! Молодец , краску на ржавчину!
Теперь этот мотороллер в 2 раза тяжелее стал, из за шпаклевки, зачем вообще сварочные работы и рихтовка-- шпаклевки побольше и норм.

good project, poor restoration left many weak points, which were covered with putty, missing a lot of sheet metal work and replacement of parts that needed to be changed for new sheet

It's 2022, and this machine is still being produced as the all electric CZ 505 E-Scooter!!
Needless to say, not much of a problem buying new spare parts, with Cezeta still manufacturing new machines & Jawashop selling spares, etc.

Wow, very nice scooter. But this restoration not so good. Sandblasting to remove the rust is better. After welding the metal sheets or plates better using tin, not filler. You forgot antirust paint. This restoration is not okay for long time. Then maybe rust again. Sorry
Agreed. Next owner pays for a Prase that looks good but under the paint? the rust never sleeps! In 5 years, will need complete overhaul.
This 501 deserves better.
Not everyone has the moneyalso antitrust paint is not needed if there is no rust left ...

Я в советское время покупал мотороллер Чезетта 501 модели, а уже потом переделывал его в 502 ю модель, тогда в Москве была база посылторга и не скажу что бы было дорого, там они отличались буквально приводом заднего колеса и резиновыми блоками вместо пружин, всё это мне прислали и я долго уже на 502 й модели нарезал да были времена очень хороший мотороллер был да и я был молод и весел, а главное под его сиденье помещалось 10 кг черной икры или 12 бутылок жигулёвского пива и никто об этом не один мент не знал, туда пиво, оттуда 10 кг чёрной икры, а чо ни чо ноормаальноо !

With the metal exposed you must make a mixture of phosphoric acid + water (50/50 and the demand is a lot, but 70/30). You apply it with a common paint brush (you must wear gloves and eye protection for used acid). This will remove the rust from all corners and you will remove it with a microfiber cloth. After this you clean and continue the process with the cans or paints

I love the purchase at the begining..lol. so much bodywork. But the scooter is all body isn't it.. the gas tank location is otherworldly. I'm sure that was the reason and Hence the name pig.. not that it was a gas guzzler. I'm looking forward to the next vid on this.. keep it up my friend... Great work 😁

Naprosto s Vámi souhlasím. Pokud byla původní s.hmotnost 501-čky 122kg tak teď to bude min. 150kg :) Nehledě na nedokonale provedené odreznutí což způsobí pokračování rezivění pouze to nebude 2-3 roky vidět. Je to další "restoration" video pro YT. Je mi líto pašíka.
