Hi Amish, I want to know one thing. You said registering a FIR in case of a judicial dispute gives someone an upper hand to whoever registers it first. Consider this scenario: Suppose there is a road accident in which a small car and a SUV collide or gets t-boned. And all the passengers in the small car die. So there is nobody to register an FIR. If the parties in the SUV register an FIR saying that the persons in the car at fault even though they might not be, will they just get away with it? Without paying insurance or spending time in prison? Or will that be taken into account when dealing with the case in the court??
Sir please make a separate video for the point number 5. What would be the benefits of doing LLM (abroad) in our career as a lawyer and what are the procedures or the points we should keep in mind before going to that route. Thanks.
