Legal practise is one the best areas in working life. Related to all economic activities. Litigation is full of hypocripcy but a lot of judges are really good in decision n always favour the good side. A judge more or less will decide based on affidavit, which party is telling the truth. Truth always prevails except in political cases. Litigation lawyers next job will be in politics, they are well trained in court to answer to judges on the spot.

This means a lawyer has to be good at precise writing. Judges going on leave throws you out of gear. In Bombay, the police always insist on Marathi, which I don't understand. Then I spend a lot of money on getting it translated into English. Generally , the translations are done are literal , and do not bring out the meaning or context of the case. Then inspend a.lot of time correcting this.literal translation. This is my experience as a complainant. My teacher , at the Government Law College ,in Bombay , on the first day, first show, said ,never step into a courtroom.

Bhaasha aur Confidence ki sakht kami hai most lawyers ya advocates mein. Chuttiyan itni milti hai judiciary ko, it scares me. Judicial system needs revamp, 24X7 online hona chahiye judicial system. Voice notes ya recordings use karni chahiye. Hospital aur Court sabse sad jagahien is desh mein. Thoughtful video though.

Sir I have a 4 year old case, maybe it is a scam, actually in the year 2018 an online registration took place by the name thrilling Antarctica. It was andorsed by some famous youtubers like Ashish chanchalani and it was also associated with Sri Sri Ravi Shankar and the art of living foundation. Registration fee was charged from people. It has been 4 years since then and I have seen no videography of such expedition as promised by the youtubers. Only lucky winners name was announced on their website. I Highly suspect that it was a big scam.
