If they only LOOKED and said “it’s not tied”, they didn’t actually check for ties or restrictions. And they don’t understand how the mouth works. If they only LOOKED and said, “that’s tied!!” They can’t know that based off a picture alone. You need a full, hands on assessment to determine the function of the anatomy. You also need a full, hands on assessment to determine if symptoms could possibly be caused by other things, like birth trauma, torticolis, positioning or bottle choice.
