      Most of us have never watched at all. We just watch the Ricky Gervais edit afterwards. Only part worth watching. Award shows are just a marathon yawn. They don't really need to exist and, even if you want to argue that they do, they definitely don't need to be broadcast live

      He's absolutely hilarious. He has no restraints, he just says what he wants. But one of the funniest moments was on the Idiot abroad show when he convinced Karl to undergo a prostrate exam. I wet myself laughing.

    Ricky Gervais literally turned The Golden Globes into the best award show on television. I don't ever bother to watch any of those boring shows, but The Globes were always great to watch. Very relaxed and Ricky made sure nobody got carried away with their political speeches lol

      He's not so great as an actor, usually just playing himself, but as a writer he is fantastic. That thing he wrote about lists for Liam Neesom is the funniest thing I have ever heard! I'm currently watching his show After Life on Netflix and it is a really good show most because it is so well written and really it's all about just life and the various problems people go through.

      Not named. Epstiens whole shtick was being friends with celebrities, so he'd pretend call, and if someone asked "hey jeff who you talking too?" He'd name drop celebrities, Cate happens to be one of em.
