Why would the cops not be stopping these guys? Could they be in on it?
I'm sure they're getting their cut, twice in fact. They not only get their pay-off from the scammers but the city gets revenue from the tickets.

I just happen to own a bit of property across the road from the Worlds Largest Rattlesnake Roumdup. Parking a real Pain. But if ya park on my 2 acres it’s $40 a day but I do monitor the lot for theft n vandalism. Plus I give ya a free Ice Cold Beer!! If ur of age if course. 😂😂

ANYONE GETTING A TICKET SHOULD REFUSE TO PAY AND GO TO COURT TO FIGHT IT. iF THE OFFICERS DON'T SHOW UP AT THE COURT DATE THEN THE TICKET HAS TO BE CANCELLED.
The evidence seems to say Chicago is complicit for the ticket revenue.
