Day 12/Empire State Trail Charity Project/The Dale Association's Senior Center.

Second-to-last day served up the toughest 40 miles of the ride thus far. Continuous up-and-down with grades as high as 18% and consistently in double digits. The last "planned" 30 miles was on sweet Rails-to-Trails including the world's longest elevated pedestrian bride over the Hudson River. Then I ended up in the wrong town 10 miles from my hotel.
