      You shouldn't do that! You should attend class and practice plenty of exercises! You should also talk to your teacher if you feel he isn't explaining well enough.

    The bent rod is supported at A, B, and C by smooth journal bearings. Determine the components of reaction at the bearings if the rod is subjected to the force F = 800 N. The bearings are in proper alignment and exert only force reactions on the rod.

    for m1 and m2 why didnt we consider the z components ? why is the k 0 for m1 and m2 ?

      Because the axis of M1 is parallel to y-axis, so M1= |M1| j .
      The axis of M2 is parallel to x-axis, so
      M2= - |M2| i .
