3:24 you have to explain more, why are you trying to find the arrow what does the arrow represent ?
Why does the 3rd one (Mp) have a unit vector with K ? Aren't -P and P in the Y-axis ?

How does the inverse triangle work to get the unit vector
It’s due to the normal slope. Whenever you get the Normal slope you have to invert the rise/run to become run/rise. Hence why he inverted.
