That last screw behind the pump is impossible to get too. I was stuck for an hour then noticed the three nuts on the bottom plate holding the assembly down to the platform. Make your life’s easier and remove the three nuts so you can lift and turn the drain pump. Also to let you know it’s a 10mm socket!

I also forgot and left the drain hose off and flooded my basement to make it more authentic :)
