There’s a limited supply of the big hitting cards… the boxes are getting older and not as readily available, less is being opened every day, people are opening newer cheaper more readily available sets. I still don’t get how singles aren’t priced more…. Moonbreon is like 1 in 700+ packs. Even if you bought at release for BB that’s still like $2k in packs to get a moonbreon…. lol.
The price of a card only tells half the tale. If you need to build a cart from 15 Sellers on the marketplace then being able to ship everything from just one Seller (Direct or otherwise) can save you money even when the product prices are individually higher.
The first 5 minutes were very helpful.
I'm a verified seller and the two prime catchers I sold moved faster than any other cards I've ever listed. It was pretty crazy. Literally 20-30 seconds after posting they were gone. Also, I'm glad you mentioned automated pricing updates. I might manually adjust 40-50 cards out of the 5000 I have listed right now. The other ones are all automatically adjusted with a script. That can lead to issues.

24 minutes of rambling and most of what was explained was you don’t know. The card displayed in the box is the lowest NM direct price not the lowest listed price. Also, many direct sellers price high because people are lazy and use the tcg optimizer and it puts the cheapest direct sell card in their cart.
Make a better video yourself then and see how you do 👍

The market spans thousands of cards and thousands of sellers that operate with a wide range of business models - there can be no definitive proof to ANY of this. Stare into alphabet soup and read the words and you can fake connections all you want. I have 10s of thousands of transactions on the platform, and while I didn't make the alphabet soup, I've been serving it for a LONG time.

I know you have a vested interest in using and PROMOTING TCG direct however I have used the "other" sellers on TCG player who you disrespected and have NEVER had an issue. I don't trust you. he didnt say anything to promote direct he literally just described how it worked didn't once encourage anyone to overpay for direct unless you want to pay a premium for the convenience
