I’m a black East African girl, still a teenager. I don’t disagree with this video, it’s true a lot of people don’t want to date black girls for whatever reasons. But idc. As darkskin as I am, For every man that told me I was too dark for them, I’ve had many other guys fancy me. I haven’t went out with those guys because I don’t think I’m ready to be in a relationship yet, I’m just 17.
Any black girls watching this, don’t ever try to win the acceptance of guys of other races. Focus on your health and education and at whatever time you feel you’re ready, start going out more. Start talking to people and be positive. Surround yourself with good people and this problem will reduce

I'm skeptical that most people's racial preferences are based on an innate attraction. I think a lot of racial preferences come from unconscious prejudice and/or conditioning.
I don't believe that if someone has a racial preference that they necessarily believe that other races are inferior, but I do believe it's not necessarily a 'natural' preference.
I'm Latino and I don't really have a racial preference, I just want someone that makes me happy. It's disgusting when people only like someone for their race/ethnicity, it makes no sense.

Meaning they conducted this social test with a very few amount of people compared to the US population. So I don't really believe this is accurate. Afterall, I don't remember being part of this test.

This is just sad. Asian men and black women are misrepresented by society and therefore rank the lowest. I can't speak for Asian men but many people assume black women to be all uneducated, promiscuous and have a truck load of children which isn't the case at all. In all my 24 years i've never produced a child nor have I had any abortions. I'm not promiscuous at all and I am educated. The stereotype that society thinks all black women/ people (should) fit in is category is incorrect and needs to go.

If an attractive guy who is let us say 167 cm and Middle Eastern was attracted to you and asked you out, you would probably spit in his face, even if he had a good personality. You would never date a guy who is short and not white. Your parents would disown you.
