    Follow along with the workout above. I'll coach you through the entire workout, providing form cues, motivation and modifications along the way.
    It looks like this:
    ✔️ 5 Circuits (2 Consecutive Moves Per Circuit)
    ✅ One Dumbbell Arm Exercise
    ✅ One Dumbbell Ab Exercise
    ✔️ 30 Seconds of Work on the Arm Exercise, 30 Seconds of Work on the Weighted Ab Exercise (one minute of work total), 30 Seconds of Rest
    ✔️ Repeat Each Circuit x2 Sets

    Strength: Single Arm Balance Back Row
    Abs: Single Arm Plank + Dumbbell Push/Pull

      After a different arm workout from NML I picked up our milk jug and almost threw it across the kitchen! 😂 I guess the weights I was using were lighter than our milk!

    Did this one again! I have a tip from old people like me that still have carpet in their house. Put the weight on a magazine or paper plate for the dumbbell slide. It slides perfectly that way! ❤️💪😊It barely budges on the carpet, without that.

    Talking about an arm workout and sneaking in the push-ups, I'm just surprised to find a NML workout without squats! 😂 (but im pregnant, so every squat I remind myself that studies show squats reduce labor time and make labor easier!)
    Loved this workout, as with all of them, and, it kicked my butt, as with all of them.

    Great workout! My arms are on fire 🔥🔥🔥 especially after that figure eight move. I wasn't sure if I was going to make it. Thank you for the great short workout. I am a mother of three - one is a 9 month old baby, so sometimes it's hard to get a long workout in. I always feel good when I am able to get in at least a short l, efficient workout.
    And good job on you for working out while pregnant plus doing quite heavy weight. I worked out on all three of my pregnancy as well.

    🌴🌺 Holy Bananas!!!!! 🤣🤣 Super workout to get the day started and pressed for time. Figure 8’s killed and that wrap around from hip to hip I could feel in my core right where my problem spot is. The only time I ever felt that was when I used to run. Now you taught me a new way to get that worked out!!!! So, so grateful for you both 🙏❤️🔥⭐️✌🏼

    My favorite ab move was the halo abs. My core must be super weak because I had to modify more for the other ab moves. But I loved how quick this was and how the repeats didn't seem like foreverrrrrrr.

    Thank you for everything you provide to your followers! Honestly, your workouts have changed my life and my relationship with fitness. I always hated working out and could never stick with it. I found NML in January 2021 and never looked back. I've been doing your workouts consistently 3-4 times per week ever since. I actually look forward to my workouts and make sure I plan my schedule around them. I love how real and encouraging you both are. I started with 5lb dumbbells and could barely get through the workouts. I'm up to 15-20lbs and doing pushups from my toes (sometimes)! This is the most fit/strong I have ever been and I never would have thought I had it in me before NML. My husband has been joining in on the workouts for about a year now and it's been a great bonding experience for us. I know this was long winded but I just truly wanted to let you know how much I appreciate your content and how much of an impact it had on me!

    This felt great. I used 8 and 10 lbs. I feel so strong after your workouts and trying everything else Can you do a video on preparing knees before lifting? My knees hurt sometimes doing lunges forward and backward

    Just found out I’m pregnant, so I will be following your 1st trimester workout plan. Thank you for all this content🙂
    I have a question is it safe to lay flat on my back for chest flys I’ve always heard that it was unsafe in my first two pregnancies. As far as push-ups and planks do I need to take them from my knees in the first trimester?

      Congratulations! If laying on your back is comfortable, you can continue to do so. I'd add an incline when it becomes uncomfortable. Similar for push ups - keep an eye on your core and if you notice coning/doming, add an incline!

    Did the active part twice and made me have a good pump 😄 it was tricky doing the kneeling push-ups at 29 weeks and not letting my belly touch the floor lol

      Way to go! Adding an incline by placing your hands on a chair or bench is another good mod for push ups!

    Thank you for this new workout for arms and abs, i have a question, do you have any replacement or recommendations for other similar push-up , as i have a bit of a problem on my left shoulder?

      I'm so glad you liked this one! If taking a push up from an incline isn't comfortable for you, you might try a chest press instead!

    Just did this with my 5 yeat old who has wooden dumbells and we got the the tricep circuit and she said Holy Bananas 😂 multiple times. Love that she picked that up 😂

    Ilove this workout but I just entered into my third trimester. Is it still safe to exercise laying flat on my back or should I modify those workouts?

      I would probably place my back on a box/bench as that was more comfortable for me by third trimester!

    Hey Lins, as far as these movements like plank later in pregnancy, what are your recommendations? I dropped to my knees because my belly was coning, but would you mind providing information as to what is safe and what might not be?

      Yes but I would recommend avoiding all exercises that cause a visible coning, or doming, in your ab muscles (across the linea alba).

    Thanks for the class! Just wanted to point out the class pic and description is described as 25 minutes. Of course it was 20 minutes. Not sure why there is a disconnect?

      Thanks so much for giving this one a try! The video came out to just over 24 minutes (with warm-up and cool down, which are an essential part of each workout!) which is why we called it a 25 minute workout!
