Give it a few months and it'll be an absolute nail like every other iveco 😂 lovely trucks new, then they fall to bits
Nice truck Luke, but the novelty of keeping it spotless will wear off the longer the truck is yours
What you need to do is get an old ignition fob and give that in to these places that ask for your keys because I for one wouldn't hand over the keys to a £100,000+ vehicle to someone I didn't know from Adam plus what if they lost your keys you'd be stuck there also you'd still be able to keep your aircon running too

Nice to get a new truck Luke👍🏼 I like the look of your Iveco but inside the lack of storage is abysmal in a modern tractor unit. I think I would have chosen cabinets over the air pod as it's only Britain and unfortunately we don't get that much heat for long. Thanks for sharing.

The truck looks really cool, you seriously need more storage in the cab though! When you were loading at Tilbury, the first yard, you were next to where my truck is parked at shed 31, just a bit of useless information! 😂

You can get a ceramic type spray for shiny wheels. It helps stop crud and dust sticking to them.

Good vlog as usual. Try the chrome stuff for cleaning your truck. The glass cleaner especially it's the best one out there and I've tried everything. Keep on trucking lad 👍
Enjoyable video Luke Green lights on a car in Yorkshire is for an Emergency Doctor 😊 don't understand them on a truck ! 😀 loved it all lit up, how long before you get fed up of cleaning it at every stop
Hi Luke . Yes some companies are very strict on strapping , maybe they had a spill in their yard at one time or some one got hurt. So insurance company tell them to play it safe . Looks like a nice rig it’s a pity she got scratched but not to serious. 👍💥
We've got 2 s/ways in the yard and that fuse box cover is IVECO build quality unfortunately. Bit like the wife, looks great brand new but suffers over time. Nice and comfy though ( both ! )

Iveco’s I am sure come with a mat finish dash for safety to stop reflections It should be cleaned with the MAT plastic cleaner not silicone spray it will then look clean but OEM

Hi luke the truck looks fantastic. . Re the items you use to clean the truck with. Try Williams wash and wax. Waterless wax. Or showroom shine by grease lightning
I also like to sleep with the fan on. Mine used to rotate but no longer does which is fine. Had it for 5 years and I think my next one would be USB as I have more USB sockets. I only have 2 house power sockets. One I use for charging the laptop. I've also motion sensor lights which work really well. Not just for night work but for security.

An Iveco with dodgy plastics I’m shocked 😮 😆😆😆 tahg will be the least of your worries when the wheels are falling then the diff locks up the bumper falls of ohh the joy of having an Iveco

Nice truck. But it’s a workhorse not a show truck. If people are worried about scruffs on trucks which will happen. Paint chips from stones etc. being sent down narrow lanes and getting scratches on the paint work because they are not keeping the hedges cut back enough etc. then the truck should be stood up and not driven and only podded to events and shows.
Work horses will get small cosmetic damage. It’s inevitable
I had the same problem with my scania, on wheel arch, and ramp.
Never drove an Iveco but that sure looks nice.

Passed my CPC theory 2 weeks ago. I'll be doing my practical training in the last week of September.

Everyone going on about the CPC course but as a driver who passed his test in 1975 there was no such thing. Then About 10 years ago the CPC came in courtesy of the EU, 5 modules of 7 hours but you could do the same module 5 times and get your CPC. There was no pass mark you just had to turn up. It was a rip off and still is. I agree when you take your driving test you take the CPC course after that then no more. It is just a money making scheme. It was an insult to drivers who have been driving for over 35 years being schooled on matters which we already knew about. Glad that I am out of it, you younger drivers carry on doing your 15 hour shifts starting at what times of the day very rare I did those hours and the earliest time I started was 4am.

Hi guy . Just let you know it’s common practice in Canada & USA on some company’s to track all company rigs through satellite communication . My company used qualcomm we had computers in all our rigs they no exactly where you are and can tell a customer how long before you arrive every thing is recorded in real time . The only time i could hide was under ground or in tunnels . We were payed mileage . I think Luke is but I’m not sure. Greetings from Canada trucker AL retired 💥🇨🇦👍
Tracking the location of the trucks, they're expensive and a massive asset to the company, why wouldn't they, could also be a blackbox aswell, track of his driving.
Nice truck but it’s a shame that you are not looking after it with damage that you done if it was me I would do something about it your mudguard as it will get worse and look like you don’t look after the cab with your bed if you won’t to know how a bed should look like have a look at trucker Jenko bed-cab

Used to drive rigids multi drops. The store men were law onto themselves… sorry mate tea break. Lunch break. Sorting out store. Stock taking . The excuses to go slow were never ending. The truth is they say they don’t get paid enough to work fast so what’s the point in having store packed with unloaded pallets. And they treated rigids better… jumped queues as they’d say just two pallets if you can bring them in yourself on pallet truck go ahead.

Shame about the ramps on the back of the unit and the marks on your mudguards i know how you feel its annoying when its a brand new truck but these things cant be helped sometimes hopefully they will get repaired at some point for you Luke 👍👍👍
