BACALAO Recipe | Puerto Rican salted cod

Today I’m sharing with you one of several ways that I make BACALAO. Bacalao is a traditional Puerto Rican dish ofen times enjoyed with root vegetables. It’s definitely a comfort food to me! I remember eating bacalao very often and being so excited when I knew my mom was making it. Now I get to see the same thing excitement in my children when they find out that I’m making bacalao! They love this especially with yucca, their favorite root 🤗
