  • Rich Piana was an enigma. A man with a steely hardened physique and heart of gold. Despite his looks, he proved to be a perfect role model for millions.
From snorting supplements, to selling 5% Milk jugs and injecting oil, he was a man who pushed the boundaries of his own body.

I am a big fan of Rich Piana and appreciate all the videos he did where he shares important knowledge. I would only suggest that these videos acknowledge that Rich Piana was most definitely pharmacologically enhanced by PEDs. Rich himself was very open about it and even shared the actual substances and amounts that he was taking. He never pushed that approach on anybody, but it is sad to put people down because “ they are not training hard enough”. That’s actually disappointing. Rich Piana and many other pros do not achieve their respective massive volumes unless they supplement with PEDs. We’ve already lost too many athletes to the abuse of anabolic agents. Let’s at least be honest about this. All respect to the memory and accomplishments of Rich Piana. He’s someone who will be remembered as an icon of bodybuilding who achieved his goals in spite of the challenges he faced.

I thought the exact same. Ain’t no one sniffing pre workout. Especially the amount of pre workout you’re supposed to take for it to have an effect on your body like 1-2 scoops in a shaker cup you would have to take many many lines for it to have the effect and especially is his body was already not being affected by the normal ways of ingesting pre workout like it was said in the video I’m sure he needed like 3-4 scoops in a shaker cup, sniffing little lines of it just would not have any effect what so ever. That was definitely drugs no doubt, but it shows you the lengths his wife would go to protect his name and image. It’s sad things couldn’t have been different. So many people love and miss him. Heart attacks can vary and be mild or fatal, and usually caused by heart disease (which was caused by Rich's steroid use). Rich suffered a heart attack, not a Cardiac arrest
