Jason, this looks awesome. I think you’ve just surpassed god tier of accounting.
I’d love to give this a demo myself. However I have one reservation holding me back. Cybersecurity... How secure is it to use? What happens to client data? I’d love to hear your thoughts on this?

A good question to bounce off their team!

Hi @nikmarx we take security very seriously and all client data is stored secure on Amazon Web Services.

Jason, I run a small accounting firm and we do mainly reviews. Many of our clients have multiple invoices like this and we need to accrue accounts payable. We do not need to post to quickbooks or anything like that since we just record AJEs. Is there a feature to import the invoices and then extract to excel as AJE support?

We've developed a similar AI solution for a client, where they upload invoices to Google Drive. Our fully automated ChatGPT-based system then extracts the invoice data and converts it into Excel-based journal entries, applying their chart of accounts. If you're interested in learning more, please reach out to us.

Looks like a pretty sweet tool. The only thing holding me back is for the top tier it's $6k/year, so you really need either to build your business around offering this service or at least push it heavily to your clients for it to be profitable. I'm just starting off on my own so maybe once I have more clients I'll try this out. For now it's on the nice to have, but can't afford list.

We also have a Pay as you go plan that is $2.00 per uploaded bill that’s available for Accounting Partners.
